Wouldn’t even give one star if I had a choice. TERRIBLE COMMUNITY TO LIVE IN. Flea invested forest patches & no pest control done by HOA. Save your time and buy somewhere else.
Still waiting for things to be completed here in Preservation Pointe (around the corner from Tivoli) after six months living in this house. Every one of our neighbors has had a problem with KBHomes construction. I have a long list of issues with this builder from the moment they started to build. Everything from wrong lights/cabinets/finishes to not closing on time. They "forgot" to put in our cat 5 wiring and then said there was nothing to do because the walls were already up.
