The homes are excellent quality and they are all one story and the lots are very large and plenty of parking. The sales staff are very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable, excellent customer service.
Sales people are great. But home was 3 weeks past estimated closing. Two months and we still haven’t received the appliance upgrades we purchased. Loaner hood/vent never worked. Heat did not work the first 5 days. Stucco paint not matching. Garage door damaged. Missing electrical outlets not yet installed. It’s been 2 months and they have not shown up for 30 day touchups. We’ve sent numerous requests and they promise to take care of it. They promise to to come to house and address issues. They don’t show up. We are not alone... read more
