KB has been SUCH a disappointment to us. Even with all the issues with the pandemic considered, it has taken an exorbitant amount of time to work on (and still nowhere near complete) our house 🏠. They've moved our closing date out 4 times (so far) and 2.5 months away from what it's "suppose" to be now we still don't even have sheetrock on the walls. It's a complete skeleton. This has been one of the worst experiences. KB homes does not care about quality, just quantity. They push so many homes out at once, but is not up to par. Things are broken, incorrect, or just completely missing in general. I will never recommend KB homes. This process has been such a joke. We can’t even be excited for our first house because of the constant issues and push back. I would stay far away from this company!!! Don’t let them seduce you with their “extra perks”!
