Was just informed yesterday that the fences are not constructed on actual property lines. On homes with retaining walls, the fence between two properties is constructed on the high side of the retaining wall. In my situation my neighbors fence was built 27" on my property. 40% of my side property is only accessible in my neighbors yard. I received a email from K.B. construction manager stating this is a common practice of theirs.
Matt is a wonderful sales person. He showed homes and lots.
Usual sales pitches about how great they are on customer satisfaction. After I completed a good survey in good will that they would make things right, they completely dropped the ball. Had a window broken during construction in the master bedroom they have yet to have a screen installed on the second floor I have young kids that’s a safety concern.
