The overall experience was great. Everyone involved from the beginning to the end was amazing. Jason was the first person me and my wife meet but we weren't quite ready to commit. After doing a few more walk-thru Jason showed us a few lots and we were sold. He was very patient, polite and professional. Caution: Buyer Beware! This was by far the worst experience I have ever had trying to buy a home, and this one would have been my seventh new build. I first visited in February 2024, meeting with Melissa, who said three-car garage lots would be available in Phase 2, expected to open by November or December 2024. My daughter is having a house built here. The neighborhood is kid friendly and very pretty.
We recently visited this community met with a gentleman named Jason. He was polite and extremely helpful even after we said we are months from being ready to purchase. The homes are gorgeous and they have way more options than we imagined. The neighborhood looks so inviting and clean. We are so eager to be able to move forward. I highly recommend you stop by.
