Sure, we had some bumps in the road but I’ve had a completely different experience with KB homes than these 1 star reviews. KB was fantastic thru the entire process especially financing and closing, title, and 2 year warranty. The ENTIRE COMPANY CULTURE is them dedicated to making sure everything was always fixed on our home when and if it’s needed!!!! Recently visited kb home Somerset in Palm Coast after going to 3 other builders in the area, we are still several months from purchasing. One salesperson at another location totally blew us off the other two just told us to walk through and come back when we were ready to buy something. At Somerset we met a salesperson name Jason after we told him we are looking for next year, he said that is great and proceed to walk us through the model homes, answered all our questions and shared some great information about KBHS home loa... read more
My wife and I were interested in purchasing a new home. We went to kb home in Palm Coast and met Jason. He was so helpful and patient showing us all the different models on site. He explained the building process and was happy to answer all of our questions. I would recommend kb home to anyone looking to buy a home. They will go that little bit extra to take care of you.
As a Real Estate Broker, I have never worked with a Builder Representative as professional as Peter Magri at KB Homes Somerset Community. When I brought my Buyers to the showing, he never rushed them, and answered every question with patience, courtesy, and with an amazing knowledge of the homes and the community. My Buyers are under contract and are excited to watch their home to life. This could have been easier and more pleasant for my Buyer without Peter. You will be sold a dream and receive a nightmare at this place. The help at the management company is rude. They do not respond to your emails they give you improper information. The Warranty department is uncooperative. They do not tell you about all the wild animals that we have running around here, they do not maintain the grounds. They give out the most ridiculous citations when their other real serious citations that should be given out they are renting to people that are not cleared and background checked, and this is ... read more
