Owned the house for 6 months. All they care about is getting a Good Survey and then they’ll ghost you on repairs until you have to fight up the corporate ladder and waste a bunch of time and Energy. We work for a living we don’t have time to fight with these people over our new house???! They never formally respond to your request for warranty work on the website. There unfortunately will be a giant oil tank depot built soon right next to the development...12.6 million gallons of gasoline will be there.
