Owned the house for 6 months. All they care about is getting a Good Survey and then they’ll ghost you on repairs until you have to fight up the corporate ladder and waste a bunch of time and Energy. We work for a living we don’t have time to fight with these people over our new house???! They never formally respond to your request for warranty work on the website.
