I have debated taking the time out to review KB @ Shoreline Park for sometime now but if my experience can save one family from going down the road we have traveled, it will have been worth it. These people are expert sales men. They will play on every single moment of vulnerability you show (even your faith and family). They will promise you things in ways that you could never imagine someone not fulfilling their word. One of the ugliest developments in San Antonio. Don’t believe me? Come out to Shoreline and see for yourself. KB salesmen will say about anything to get you to purchase a lot and then when all the lots are sold - they will do whatever is cheapest and then leave you hanging when they leave. HOA fees go up to clean up all of their mess and cheap landscaping, shallow pools, and restrooms (no amenity center as promised).
Ill advised and poorly built subdivision on the south shore of Boerne City Pond. It used to be a lake, but a 3-year drought has caused it to dry up to about 30% of what it once was. The homes are squeezed together and the entire subdivision is not Boerne-like at all. Buyer beware.
We have purchased two homes from KB and have been impressed with their warranty program. I would recommend purchasing from KB. You can be confident that they will go above and beyond to make sure that your home is repaired and completed to your satisfaction. Update: This neighborhood is not great and KB is not being honest about it. Water bills are outrageous and the restrictions make it impossible to keep a lawn or have even a tiny garden.
