Let me tell that my experience was not pleasant initially. lack of communication from the builder side but let me assure you KB had gone above and beyond to make sure my needs were met, not only they showed up initially at the point of closing but also they are doing their best to provide an Awesome Customer service. We moved in on December 19, 2023 and it was an awful experience. We made KB aware of issues with our home throughout the entire build, by the time we moved in these issues were still not resolved. When we closed on our home the blue tape from our walkthrough was still on the walls and our house was not cleaned. We decided to wait an extra day to move in because we were told the house would be painted and cleaned by the next day, it was not. Communication is awful and we only are updated when we ask.
