One thing I love about KB is their attention to detail. Whoever designs their floor plans really thinks of the modern family. From the backyard space to the children’s room placement, guess rooms, extended family and the office space for some designs. One thing I wish they’d add is a small water park or something for the communities where it’s really hot. The thing I dislike and really wish they’d improve is the installation of the houses.
