There are 3 people that i worked with and all of them are fantastic and try to help as much as they can. Stephen the Builder - Such a fantastic guy to get the work done, friendly and weekly updates. Great support. Julie the Sales person - Sweet and responsive. Chad the Loan Officer - He will make sure that he listen what you say and what you can afford and he makes everything works in your favor. Over all great satisfaction to be in this community and having builder like KBHOME.
