Been waiting for a lot to open to reserve for close to 2 years. Checking in every so often with several different agents, because no one seems to stay with company. According to Pam either agents leave or are let go. Each time we left our info (including with Pam) but today we were told by Pam that it was sold already. I can see why agents leave. No consistency, no professionalism either. Pam has this way of speaking that shouldn't belong in the customer service relm yet alone in real estate.
Be sure to read all your documents thoroughly and get everything in writing. We were over promised and under delivered.
