More junk built home by KB Homes. Poor quality construction, houses that have defects. Cheap materials. KB is strictly in it for the money. They don't care about quality or commitment. It's strictly build as fast as you can, sell it and so long! Good luck with your warranty because they rarely honor it, or takes months or years to get fixed. Google KB Homes reviews. They are less than stellar and honestly I believe many are fake reviews to boost their ratings.

If I could give KB Homes less than a star I would!!! Their customer service is terrible. They don’t honor their warranty services. For months I have been submitting requests for different things to be fixed in our new home and I have not received a single call, email or anything. The builders seem to have used cheap materials and did horrible work as everything seems to be falling apart less than a year after closing. AVOID KB HOMES AT ALL COSTS.
I wish I can give 0 stars. I signed my contract in October. I was advised that my closing date would be the end of June. I already extended my rate lock a couple times so if I did not close by the end of July I would’ve lost my interest rate. I think I pushed until the end of July. Not an issue because of building supplies I understand that. However, the lack of professionalism and communication was unacceptable.
