If I could give KB Homes less than a star I would!!! Their customer service is terrible. They don’t honor their warranty services. For months I have been submitting requests for different things to be fixed in our new home and I have not received a single call, email or anything. The builders seem to have used cheap materials and did horrible work as everything seems to be falling apart less than a year after closing. AVOID KB HOMES AT ALL COSTS.
I wish I can give 0 stars. I signed my contract in October. I was advised that my closing date would be the end of June. I already extended my rate lock a couple times so if I did not close by the end of July I would’ve lost my interest rate. I think I pushed until the end of July. Not an issue because of building supplies I understand that. However, the lack of professionalism and communication was unacceptable. Our son bought his home here to years ago. Customer service after sale was so-so. Since then, the HOA, still controlled by KB until sales are complete, has been picky and uncooperative despite attempts to work out minor appearance issues. Added to that, the builder has violated his lot lines with vehicles and scrap to build adjacent homes. Their motives seem to be cash and dash.
