This is a new subdivision in Port Saint Lucie. There are one and two storey homes built too close. I prefer more space between my home and my neighbor's. The other issue I have with this subdivision is the lack of guest parking. As a result, there is frequent on-street parking; which is a safety issue.
Don’t purchase a home here the homes here are built cheap. I’ve been waiting on them to fix my floor for over a year. The shower closer is Horrible, The backyard Doesn’t drain water you have water in the grass for about 3 to 4 weeks this land is a swamp land and I would not recommend this Company to no one.
I have family that purchased in this community. They've had some issues with the build. Communication and resolution was a bit difficult and not everything was repaired to satisfaction. Streets are narrow and driveways small making it complicated to have sufficient parking for the immediate family living in the home, not to mention when guests come to visit. Association fees are minimal however there are no real amenities available. It is basically to impose a deed restricted environment.
One of the best quality builder homes money can buy for a reasonable price!
