4 stars for construction quality. 1 star for communication. 2.5 overall. We almost bought a new home from KB. Almost. We pulled out in the middle of the construction. It was not the quality of the house being built. Absolutely not! According to an independent inspector we hired, the quality of KB Homes is fine, on part with other volume builders.
