We went here after hearing about great new subdivision being built by kb Homes. Once here we were greeted by a wonderful sales counselor Christine Evans who took us through the model homes and showed us the quality features of a kb Home that you don’t see in most new homes nowadays. We were very impressed with her knowledge and she answered all of our many questions. She took her time with us and at no time did we ever feel pressured. Very comfy place
3 stars for construction quality. 1 star for communication. 2 overall. We almost bought a new home from KB. Almost. We pulled out in the middle of the construction. It was not the quality of the house being built. According to an independent inspector we hired, the quality of KB Homes is on par with other volume builders.
