KB is one of the worst builders in the local area, they promise to take care of you but will take every shortcut possible.
We have been in our home 3 years now and did not chose to contact KB Home. Our back door has recently had problems. It will leak underneath with rain and wind blowing in direction of back door. We decided to contact another company to pay for a new and better quality back door.
Zero amenities for HOA fees. Promised a future community center, a pool, and even though not part of HOA fees - an elementary school .... will get Nothing. Developer said will not get any except maybe a walking trail and Maybe an amenities center that is "still in discussion". They're too busy watering grass for the common areas and complaining about the costs of maintenance.
Have good experience on our home buying process. Abel as our salesperson, Jeff as the construction supervisor, all of them helped us in anyway. Dont mind of other bad reviews. Everyone's not perfect. Overall, im satisfied.
