STAY AWAY KB HOME We bought a home at Coral Ridge community that has been nothing short of a nightmare. Terrible attitude to sales, Turned me away as a committed Buyer. Also, sent a 425 page contract, And demanded that if it wasn’t signed in 25 minutes that the price would go up $10,000. Needless to say, the property is still not sold, And with sales reps like this, it is no surprise.
