The splash pad that they promote is non functional and has been for most of the time this neighborhood has existed. The sales office claims to know nothing. Poor customer service.
Awful awful awful HOA/Management, VCM and KB. This is our 3rd summer here and the 3rd time the splash pad is not open and available on time. It’s always some excuse, this time it’s “permitting issues.” Summer 2023 the thing was turned off late May and never worked the rest of that year. I stopped chasing the issue with VCM/KB fall 2023 when the weather cooled down.
