I am the owner of a house from kb home and I feel really scammed by this company since because it is new construction we expect as buyers to receive a home completely in perfect condition which is not the case since in my case and I believe it is the case of many for me Surprisingly, I found cabinets with gaps, frames and doors in poor condition and a number of other things which for a whole year we were calling to have them resolved and they never completed the work. Nice neighborhood
The community is run down. Need a mechanic for BIG TRUCKS, small cars or large cars, there is one on several streets. Need a travel RV cleaned and repaired there one here too. Need ac repaired there is several trailers around the community. Several businesses in this community. What's most rewarding is that the streets are very narrow, several cars are parked in the community and is very tight to squeeze by. Be careful with HOA, They fine you for anything.
