Corporate scam artist All of the houses are built like absolute garbage. Nothing is done properly and any sort of warranty work is pretty much assume is never gonna get done. It has truly been the worst built I have ever seen. Problem simple problems include outlets that are way crooked not putting in the right size breakers in area. The breaker electrical system is all screwed up and in different systems the kitchen lighting is flickering irrigation.
