Building with KB has been such a great experience so far! Working with Montavis on the front end, to Audrey with design, and now the build portion with Christian has been such a blessing. We have been informed and supported every step of the way! We are about a month away from closing so the rest is still tbd but overall we would recommend building with them 100%. Having an energy star certified home matters to us and KB provides this effectively and beautifully! Can’t wait to officially move in!
Everyone has been super nice and easy to work with. I have been kept up to date as the building process progresses. And have been made comfortable to please make them aware of any questions or concerns I may have
My boyfriend and I have had the best experience with KB homes! This is our first house together and they have made it feel so easy for us. My dad is a GC and even he says the quality of their builds completely take away the stereotype that most track homes have. Christian and Montavis have been a wonderful team to work with and we couldn’t ask for better. Me and my husband bought our first home with KB at midland crossing and moved in June ! Montavis has been amazing from start to finish by constantly being there for us with any questions along the way as our home was being built . After our home was built he still communicates to make sure we are completely happy and it truly has made our first time buying a home not as scary!
