We were in the market to buy a new build, but worried it wouldn’t work out. Our KB Homes team was so patient with us, especially Cannon! She ensured we had the FULL DETAILS about floor plans, pricing, etc. She made sure we had updated pictures weekly because ours was in the proceeds of being finished. The team was great about the home inspection and showed us every detail and explained thoroughly what was going on. We encourage anyone we speak to go through KB.
Jenine has set the bar high on customer service. My husband and I walked in today on a whim trying to look ahead on houses and ideas.
