Too generic of a house.
I represented my buyers here. They are thrilled with their purchase!
To be honest, KB is one of the worst... still unhappy with grading and the construction crews starting before 7 on Saturday. Roofing now needs replaced, the fences after a year don’t close due to the poor grading, and the garage doors have required multiple calls due to failures. I upgraded from 1 to 2 stars because they fixed my lighting after (finally) 3 calls after I moved in. If you pay attention to the 5 star reviews they all have on sentence with 6 words or less. Great job KB!
