Update: 6/13/2022 KB Homes took a second look at my concerns and decided to do the right thing and get my binder back, since it was something outside my control. Thanks for caring for your customers. Original: I was in the process of buying my first new home with KB Homes in Meadows of Oakleaf in Jacksonville FL, unfortunately due to the increased higher rates, I was no longer able to qualify, and KB after telling me if my loan approval fell they would return my binder back, they decided not to. Me and my family are thankful for Inetha and the hard work she put in to give us the best experience ever in buying a house for three first time. Looking for a home I visited several different communities but did not get the comfortable feeling until I met Inetha Cherry. I drove around the community and felt comfortable with the surroundings but there was still a lot more I needed to know and decided to stop by the front office. That's when I met Inetha.
