The home’s look nice at first glance, but they are actually pretty cheaply made, especially for the price you pay. I’d expect better quality homes from a supposedly reputable manufacturer like KB. Regardless, the neighborhood is generally pretty quiet, safe & clean as far as I could tell. Overall, I’d say the area is not a bad place to raise a family but the build quality of the homes are mediocre at best. Pros: - The neighborhood is generally peaceful, quiet & safe as far as I could tell. Cons: - Expensive homes that are ch... read more

The experience in the beginning is great but as you go through through build process and live in the home a few years, you realize that the contractor they hire is taking all kinds of shortcuts and not looking at what the subs are doing. When we first moved in, the AC would not shut off. Took a couple of weeks to fix it. Nevertheless, I wish the Homeowners Association (HOA) would take more action to enforce basic maintenance requirements, such as homeowners keeping their lawns trimmed. I understand that KB Homes still manages the HOA until all the homes in the community are completed, but it would be nice to have tighter enforcement of basic maintenance by homeowners. Apart from this ... read more
