The experience my clients had with this company has been unacceptable. Despite being promised a move-in date of November/December, they faced multiple delays and were not able to move in until mid-March. Furthermore, the manager, Sylvia, has consistently ignored all attempts at communication via phone, email, or message. She promised to give a credit to my clients for the excessive amount of delays and is now backpedaling.
