Be aware that KB Home surveys do not include the land department. They are not held accountable for sloppy workmanship and will cut corners at the home owners expense. Customer Service has been a total disappointment and they have mishandled my escalation. I have resorted to calling the city soil and erosion department because the land department continues to lie to me about the dry pond which is never dry. Perhaps the city inspector can sort this out because I surely can't.

Was a great experience until purchase was final and I moved in. Customer service is almost nonexistent, they hire rude unreliable and malicious contractors (just imagine how they were building your future house), and the HOA is sketchy and already trying to raise fees before the community is done and before HOA is community-led. Be careful! Now that there’s more people living here, true colors are showing and you should really think about what you’re willing to deal with and stress about for your home.
