Please don't trust this company. They have a system where they don't disclose all the money in front that you may need like 6 months before closing date. They find a way to gaslighting you in every process. They asked me $11k thousand dollars to secure the price and the interest rate. My wife and I bought a home in Legend Heights that was built by KB Home. First of all, the sales consultant, Diane Tran, was excellent! She was extremely helpful during the contract phase and the choosing of options. During construction she provided updates with photos every one to two weeks. This has been a great experience, and I love the agent that helped me step by step. I have owned 20-year-old homes and 60-year-old homes but never a new home and let me just say that picking out the details has been a blast. I love my new house, and I love my big bathtub and big bright kitchen. Everything was easy and fun, and I feel like Miki Maher (the sales agent who helped me) made all the difference in the world.
