I lost $6,000 from my earnest money deposit. Additionally, between my initial upfront deductible in December 2024 and May 2025, the home’s value has dropped by $20,000. This situation, combined with concerns about the build quality, has been extremely discouraging. ADVISE TO NOT DO BUSINESS!

My daughter went to KB to look at models and fell in love with model 1637 in which they did not have that model. All information was given about the model, price including extras. There was a model in Palmetto, I drove with her to see it (45 miles) she came back and was ready to pull her monies to put down on it. She was in contact with agent, who provided all the information, to make a long story short, what was quoted to her turned out to be much more. Constantly being lied to about the amenities center. We were told we’d have a pool summer of 2024. Since then the dates keep getting pushed and excuses after excuses. We moved in 4/2024 and we are still without a pool. The design and landscaping are far different from what was presented and all that was hidden in the fine print. Buyer Beware!
