Cheap. The paint chips so easily, the water stinks, the air conditioning system has multiple problems, bad pest problem, the foundations are cheap and crack terribly. CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Out of all the builders I have worked KB Home is the only builder that has made my clients and closings prolonged! Underwriting takes almost 1 week for any update. We have been trying to close on a home for almost 4 months. My client is now in a month to month with current landlord, kids have started school and my client didn't send her children waiting to hear when would be the actual closing. I have the same construction quality issues as others in this neighborhood. Replace all defective tile. floor boards and stairs creaking and popping all the time. Bad paint job etc… I love the neighborhood and the people but these homes are not well built. I can’t say that every one of their subcontractors are terrible but the flooring and painting are terrible for sure.
