Poor support after the sale!!!!
We have lived in the community since September of 2022. The home is fine for the most part, but the warranty service is horrible. It is almost like having a second job trying to coordinate and track down warranty claims. I’ve had some items reported for a year and they still haven’t been addressed. You would think a company as large as KB Homes would have an organized way of tracking claims. It’s shameful how disorganized and unprofessional they are.
