This is the moment where I need a zero star review. Worst experience obviously. I can’t explain how much this has affected us as a family but to make this short they took our money. They will drag on the process until they get their way. They lied saying we were conditionally approved but then they said we need more and more documents to provide proof that I was using my credit card. Makes no sense.
