This is the moment where I need a zero star review. Worst experience obviously. I can’t explain how much this has affected us as a family but to make this short they took our money. They will drag on the process until they get their way. They lied saying we were conditionally approved but then they said we need more and more documents to provide proof that I was using my credit card. Makes no sense. This team told us we were good to go for our home-build after we applied the required earnest money and received approval from our lender for a new build. But we noticed our site was not reserved, so we started asking questions, and they never got back with us. We reached out; our realtor reached out.
