We were told multiple times, prior to signing anything, that the earnest money (3k) would be returned to us immediately as long as we had not yet reached the design studio. Once we made the decision to no longer move forward, (literally due to misinformation!) we were then told 2-3 weeks. When we received the agreement to cancel, it states 4-6 weeks.
