I love living in Heartland
Built a house with them. Cedric (foreman) was a pleasure to work with. Great customer service, good listener, answers all your questions, and adapts to his customers personality. In my opinion, the house was built well and even the inspector we hired was impressed. Austin was our salesman and he spent several hours with us when we first came out and showed us multiple different floor plans. I listened to the tentative help given to my daughter and family from Stephen. Fantastic!!!!! I also love the floor plans and area.
Came during business hours to view model homes on a Saturday morning . I sat from 10-11 AM as the hours are listed Tues -Sat 10-6 PM. No one showed up or answered the phone. Signage and website showed open house. I suppose appointments are necessary for personnel to be present, that was NOT on the website
