Zero stars. Everything about KB is just unbelievably awful. Please take your time and do your research before purchasing a home with them. A year later and we still don't have our appliances, tile was installed poorly with almost every other tile cracking. More things have gone wrong than they have gone right since the beginning and the majority, if not all in the community are complaining of these issues as well. Beware!
We had an awesome experience from the day we signed our purchase contract to the day we closed escrow and beyond. Tanya and Bryan communicated with us on a regular basis during the building process to keep us informed. The community is awesome with tons of great amenities. The home is well built and a super value. We love it!
Monsoon season has come and they refuse to fix my back yard that is flooding because of them. I have had numerous problems with the customer service reps and the building management. I even had someone trespass on my property. I will be here for a year in November and they are just riding out the warranty time so they don't have to fix my yard. We are buying a newly made home. We got to pretty much choose everything we want to go in it. We are very excited and love working with Tanya. Very knowledgeable.
