My wife and I were under contract with KB Homes in Bul Verde, Texas. Specifically the Edgebrook subdivision. 3646 Marvel street, due to close October 18th. Within the last couple of days I got notified it's been moved back to October 31st, for no apparent reason, or one that we could figure out. Today I was notified by my realtor that KB homes now raised the price of our home to 407k when we had a contract signed for 387k. Apparently in the contract it states that KB homes can do that. I would give them zero starts i lived close and was out here all the time the number of issue and the slack of caring about the issue is insane. even after living her for 6 months most everything is not fixed and no matter whom you call nothing gets done I have talk to all the top VP in the are they talk to you once say the right things then nothing happens and they ever answer you calls again.
