KB Homes are the worst builders. Their customer service is a farce. Do yourself a favor, avoid the headaches and choose another builder.
My husband and I moved into our home in May. We have already had our roof leak in 2 places. Which they did fix right away but it should have never happened. Waiting for a kitchen cabinet door to be replaced. A bathroom door to be replaced due to falling apart already. Our back door doesn’t shut properly they came to fix it and now it’s worse then it was before they came. They are suppose to come Wednesday to fix it again.
