Somebody call me from kb home bad maner and unrespetfull bad sellers
Stay away from KB Home Builder. My foundation was less than 10 yrs old and had a crack that made my house damaged. I had my foundation fixed it myself from a 3rd party company because KB Home took 2 months for them to provide a report from their foundation engineer. My foundation keeps on shrinking because of their poor house design where there is no slope on the side of my house's ground and no gutters as well.
