Make sure they tell you that the roof warranty is only 1 year on the installation. I’m 1.5 years in and have problems. The sales people don’t tell you everything. I was told something different on the roof. Make them give it to you in writing.they also didn’t tell me about the sprinkler warranty being 90 days. They conveniently don’t tell you things to sell the home. I’m a professional salesperson and I am disgusted
