Got yelled at for skate boarding, and you installed Sprinklers at the bus stop so some kids got sprayed by water.
I bought 2 kb homes thinking it was priced well but the houses were poorly built. The foundation cracked in 8 years house had mold because it rained during construction. The 2nd floor was not straight floors were loose. The driveway buckled shifted both properties were very costly to repair. Not well built and will be a costly loss. I will never buy another kb home. 😒
