Very low ceiling homes and cramped kind of construction. All 9 feet in first floor and 8 feet in second floor. Too costly homes for very low ceiling
Nice designs and great neighborhood
I got my house last DEC22,2021 had my 1yr home warranty FEB2023. Complained about the dead tree that was in my front yard and backyard asking them to replace it but they denied it because it is past my 1yr warranty. How is it my responsibility to replace the dead tree if it already dead before I got the house. I thought it will bloom but it never did. Nobody noticed and nobody told me about it.
