Buying a home at Coral Ridge has been nothing short of a nightmare. What was supposed to be a milestone has turned into a constant battle over basic safety and quality standards that should have been caught long before we moved in. KB Home is happy to take 100% of your money, but they only deliver 80% of the service and quality you paid for Safety Hazards: We moved in to find short circuits in our outlets (a major fire risk). KB HomeandFirst American Title(escrow) was deceptive--document handling and lack of transparency. Our lot map referenced a recorded map (under builder seal at the City of San Marcos). The recorded map was in the Preliminary Title Report (PTR). The PTR was conflated with the legal property description in the deed at final signing.
