These (3) Story townhomes are way more gorgeous then they look from the outside. I will buy one once I save up enough down payment. The kind sale agent indicated there should be homesites available until end of 2026, giving me hope. The 2nd story is so wide and open with a private balcony, the yard is non-existence. What was supposed to be a milestone has turned into a constant battle over basic safety and quality standards that should have been caught long before we moved in. I am beyond disappointed with our experience. We purchased a new construction home expecting a high-quality, move-in-ready product, but instead, we’ve inherited a never-ending list of repairs from the first day we moved in. The most frustrating part of this process is that KB Home clearly avoids fixing issues proactively. They intentionally postpone necessary repairs until after move-in, hoping that we wouldn't notice the defects or wouldn't bother.
