I am beyond disappointed with our experience. We purchased a new construction home expecting a high-quality, move-in-ready product, but instead, we’ve inherited a never-ending list of repairs from the first day we moved in. The most frustrating part of this process is that KB Home clearly avoids fixing issues proactively.
