No lie, I literally went through the entire new build homebuying process including selecting upgrades, walk through, etc, and when I got to the closing on the house, they told that their in-house lender would not be approving my loan. I did everthing the asked including paying off debt to include credt cards and auto loan! They never gave an explanation for thr denial. They are crooks and bullies!
