We bought kb home at another location in Clovis . Material they used is very fragile and cheap we had our since 6 months and so many things are broken already. We have pay extra to fix those. Paint falling off. Doors are not locking , door of burner broken so many other things even though we had told them to fix they come and fix it next day it’s same . Not worth it at all . Very disappointed with kb home .
Quality is not good. Basic model is the super basic where upgrades are needed just to make it look like a new home. Upgrades they have are not that good either. Seems cheaply built. Basic price is already high. You can customize but expect to pay 100k more just to make the home look decent. The models look like the basics for other home builders. No HOA in this area. We do like the RV lot sizes in this area and the wide streets. Keep in mind, this area is in the sanger district. Sales consultants are pretty responsive at lea... read more
