I am deeply disappointed with KB Home.Their customer service after the sale is abysmal. Once they secure your money, they completely forget about you. Reporting any issues with the home is a frustrating exercise in futility. They do not return calls, and follow up is nonexistent. Adding to the frustration is their constant shuffling of employees. Love this place but customer service good luck They will give you the run around you. Ask a question they will say we're not gonna give you that phone number. They'll tell you to stop yelling at them when you're only talking to them, because you're frustrated, but they can yell at you, there's a person by the name of Tyler Taylor and he's a work of art. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Customer Service is non existent Our home is not even 2yrs old and we've had multiple issues with appliances, electrical faults, just horrible workmanship on the house itself. DO NOT BUY A KB HOME ..unless you want a lifetime full of issues on a brand new, outrageously priced, home.
