BUYER BEWARE! Recently purchased a KB home here. After moving in we discovered the air conditioner condenser was very loud at night when running while trying to sleep. We realized the placement of the condenser outside the mstr bedroom being about 1 1/2 ft from my head and about 1 ft from the wall was the source. It also wakes you when you do get a bit of sleep when coming on and going off. I viewed other new homes and homes under construction here and discovered nobody had the condenser placed as ours was.
