My wife and I visited, filled out the credit application. Got an approval but for a little less than the house we chose. Kept looking and decided to try for a smaller house in the same development (Bellbrooke) I called them and talked to our sales rep. He said he would get back with me that afternoon. I also left a message for the mortgage guy. 2+ weeks later we have heard nothing. I have since left messages for both and no response. Don't waste your time with these guys Jacksonville! So disappointing.
I was so close to closing on my first home I built, but this process was far from the dream I imagined. If my budget was $350K and my home came in at $336K, I shouldn’t have had to fight for the features I wanted out of fear that the home might appraise higher than surrounding homes. Judy Dantic and Brad Gutches are such professionals! Highly recommend visiting KB Homes if you’re looking to buy a quality built home at an affordable price. Great location - just a short drive from the Oakleaf area.
Just stopped by KB Homes Bellbrooke location to tour their homes and check out their models. Judy Dantic helped us out and she took the time to listen to what our needs were. Very personable and patient. I like how you can pick your lot and pick out your flooring, countertops, and cabinetry --- unlike the other builders where many of those options are predetermined and can't be changed. The community has lots of lots that back up to protected woods, which I prefer.
