Judy Dantic and Brad Gutches are such professionals! Highly recommend visiting KB Homes if you’re looking to buy a quality built home at an affordable price. Great location - just a short drive from the Oakleaf area.
Just stopped by KB Homes Bellbrooke location to tour their homes and check out their models. Judy Dantic helped us out and she took the time to listen to what our needs were. Very personable and patient. I like how you can pick your lot and pick out your flooring, countertops, and cabinetry --- unlike the other builders where many of those options are predetermined and can't be changed. The community has lots of lots that back up to protected woods, which I prefer.
Im a little disappointed. And maybe I dont understand Florida realtors and homebuilders. But, i do understand buyers and resale value....do your homework before you visit, do your homework before you agree to terms and sign. My daughter, was a 22 year old when she walked into the office, bright eyed and bushy tailed. Happy to be purchasing her new home and even happier to do it on her own! Im proud of her!
