My home is only 4 years old and I've already had to replace exterior plumbing, buried in the ground, due to shoddy workmanship (the plumbers didn't cut the pipe from my house long enough to reach the ground pipe and instead wedged it at an angle to make it reach which eventually caused a leak). KB has refused to take any responsibility for their contractors. I love my house but I'm severely disappointed by KB. If you are in the new build process pay attention to everything!
