Been a year since been in my home feel it fair to judge a new build after getting through the growing phase and knowing the builder. For the most part the house itself has been decent I bought, where the issues are is the property management people. KB has gone through three since I have been here causing lot of confusion in the warranty process and still a issue. The people in the community are great and zero complaints with that.

While their sales staff might appear to be warm and welcoming up front.....there attitude can quickly become rude. My question was quite simple. I just needed to know how much cash to pay for a certain model that I was interested in. It was advertized for *if I recall correct... $280,000 (but I'm cautious of hidden fees)....as I did not want to burden my son with any debt. As far as home owner association... yeah I get that... Property is poorly constructed,lousy workmanship, and sales people are disgrace specially the manager, she lie and talk from both sides of her mouth, they backed out of all commitments, now I have to fight for every appliance to make it work, refrigerator has no water connected, when connected it sprays water all over wooden floor, Andrew plumber assigned said he will call Jay, as he himself has lot of business and have no worries,jays show up with no tools opened the water valve and left when I came home there was water all... read more
