Warranty and HOA department are a headache at serene canyon vegas. Not responding to my concerns. Now AC not working i paid 450$ to fix it and no one is getting back to me . They install the AC incorrectly according to the repair guy. Also Gas leak and gas company told me kb could have use a little bit more tape to seal the pipes. Wires from the condenser we're exposed and no one wanted to work on it. Broken kitchen counter. Carpet loose all over we kept on tripping on it. And the list goes on.
This review is for Carlos Flores with KB Home Insurance. What a terrible insurance agent. He works under the KB name but STILL could not get the close date correct. The close of our escrow was held up by Carlos Flores with KB Insurance. He just left me a 4 minute voicemail explaining how it is not his fault. Sound like someone you want to work with? DO NOT USE CARLOS FLORES OR KB HOME INSURANCE ON YOUR NEW HOME PURCHASE IF YOU WANT TO CLOSE ON TIME.
