Cookie Cutter Garbage filled with even worse. Since I have been ufortunate enough to purchase a "home" built by these clowns, I've had to fix my oven, microwave, dishwasher, HVAC, and sprinkler system at the very least. I regret ever purchasing the house that looks identical to the one next door. KB Homes will build you a box full of garbage and you'll spend the rest of your life paying for it. Avoid this garbage or you'll spend the rest of your life regretting it. I know from experience.
