A+++. I can’t say enough about how happy I am with the work KB did for us. We had at least 5 other BIG name AC professionals look at and work on our unit. Matt came out and within a short period of time pinpointed the problem. He ordered the part needed and replaced it in a timely manner. This company is a sham. unresponsive and careless owners
I live in an older house With forced air. And decided to to zone it. These guys were very professional clean and did an awesome job. Their customer service and emergency service is impeccable. I would recommend this company to anybody who is looking to upgrade or make adjustments to their present equipment.
Recently we decided to upgrade our heating and cooling system in our home along with some modifications. After contacting several local HVAC companies for estimates, Jake from KB Heating and Cooling addressed every single point and concern of mine as he worked with me step by step on the design and installation of the new furnace and whole house humidifier, re-location of the new air conditioner condenser outside, and installation of a ductless split to replace an electric baseboard heater in a separate area of the home. Jake and his team are by far experts in their field. They are prompt and do what ever is necessary to make the job right. Super friendly and a true pleasure to deal with. When the work is completed they go back over everything to be sure nothing was overlooked and is working as expected. I will continue to have work done by this crew in the future should the need arise. I highly recommend them .
