I contacted K&B for a quote to add an additional vent and Jake was sent to my home. Eventually I didn’t need the additional vent, however I do want to thank Jake for his help. He was very professional and knowledgeable in his field. He was extremely helpful showing me how to take care of my unit and I’m beyond grateful. I truly appreciate my experience with this company. I will definitely use them to service my hvac unit in the future and will highly recommend them to family and friends. Thank you!!!
