Great company for glass replacement
Called for a window repair, they came out and measured I paid for half the order up front. Now has been over a month and no response and window not repaired.
Store requires 1/2 down. Paid $850. Never received the service we paid for. Multiple attempts were made to schedule the installation, only to be given the runaround. Excuse after excuse as to why they couldn't install. After 9 months of this I requested my money back only to be td they don't do refunds. So if I don't get a window and I don't get my money back, what just happened. Sounds like I got scammed by this business. It is now 11 months since I paid the $850 and still no window. Do not do business with this company. Ordered a glass for the top of my kitchen table months ago. Still have not received it! They keep promising me they will come deliver it and they are no shows. Will never use them again.
