I have been doing virtual training with the kb fitness team since the pandemic. I love all the instructors! Trent and Paul are so motivating. Jarvis’ yoga classes are beyond amazing. I feel like I am in the best shape of my life and am in my late 40’s. Highly recommend!!

I’ve had such a great experience with KB Fitness Solutions. One of the biggest highlights is the convenience — they actually come right to your residential building, which makes staying consistent so much easier. No commute, no excuses. i went here and had a weird experience with Karen that i felt was racially insensitive at time. i brushed it off thinking i may have been overthinking but now seeing these reviews, i know that it was a valid feeling. it’s sad to see so many people with the same experience as me and I hate to “bash” on a small business but until they start acting like one that values their customers and not just our money, i have to say save your time and energy and find another place.

So glad I was able to see another person’s experience with the micro aggressions and racist remarks because that was my experience as well. How disheartening. I really wanted to give this establishment a chance however, the tardiness of the instructors with no incentive back and no explanation is unacceptable. Extremely overpriced in my personal opinion. Honestly, you could’ve had a more plentiful workout on YouTube, my instructor, Sarah was nice, but I felt like it wasn’t worth the workout unfortunately.

my whole experience was miserable considering i was commuting an hour or more whether that was by car or public transit just to teach for 30 minutes. didn’t get reimbursed for a single thing (i was informed i wouldnt get reimbursed for transport or parking) but i did spend a lot of money on swim toys and equipment i was lied to about being reimbursed for. karen only cares about herself and her reputation and the fact that employees are being lost and none are being hired is because kb fitness solutions is not a business i wo... read more
