I go to yoga with Jarvis on Sunday morning. His practices focus mostly on self awareness, which includes stretching and stress relief. He is awesome and would highly recommend for this type of practice.
My son loved the bath as an infant so I eagerly purchased a 20-pack of swim lessons from KB when he was 4 months old. It was important we have the instructor come to our building’s pool, and Karen was a pleasure to work with to get setup and is always extremely responsive. For the past 6 months, I have been attending yoga classes with my instructor. I was extremely satisfied with my classes. Jane has a great personality. After each session, I felt both strong and relaxed.
I have been working with Justin at KB Fitness for over a year and I am very happy with my workout routine and results. He knows what he is doing and is very reliable. The workouts don't even feel like "work" but are effective.
